Mitch and his crew foam insulated our basement, blew insulation into our attic, and foam insulated a bump out window and a "floating" sunroom. I highly recommend him - good work and straight-forward, responsive person to work with.

Mitch and his crew did an energy audit on my residence and then performed an insulation project including removing and disposing of the old attic insulation (a huge task in itself), air sealing and insulation of the attic including hatch and around a skylight, and installing new cellulose insulation throughout a good-sized attic. They were reliable, on time, courteous and respectful, and worked diligently under *very* trying conditions - this happened to be during the first heat-wave here in late May. It was blazing hot up in that attic, but they showed up every day, worked hard and got it done. Both clean-up and follow-up were good - Mitch ensured that a very minor electrical issue got corrected immediately, and went the extra mile on a few other things. All in all I could not be more satisfied with the service and the result.

VIS provided a very detailed proposal and itemized estimate. Work was performed on the dates agreed and quickly completed. We are already noticing the differences in heating and cooling efficiency, although it is too early to make any cost comparisons. They even did most of the work submitting our rebate request.
